We have loan options available for many different situations including borrowers who are self-employed and are unable to provide traditional US tax forms. We are also experienced in jumbo home loans and asset-based mortgages that do not require employment or income verification. With foreign national loans, refinance and cash-outs are available as well. The borrower can get up to 70%-80% of the property value.

Call us to have an initial conversation which takes roughly ten to twenty minutes. Once our specialized mortgage broker gets a better understanding of what your goals are, he will compile your options. Then we provide a strategic plan so you can purchase with ease. Our agents then can meet you in Canada or in sunny Florida to complete your application. Or if you prefer, we can meet you via Google Meet or Zoom.
